What is MakeViral Pro?+–
A web app that turns your own photos into the viral AI video trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Pick a trend, add 1–4 photos, tap once — no prompt and no editing app.
Do I need an account?+–
No sign-up. Your credits are linked to this browser through an anonymous account; save your restore code from My Videos to use them elsewhere.
Which devices work?+–
Any recent Chrome, Edge, Safari 17+ or Firefox on desktop or phone. Videos render in your browser.
💳 Credits & pricing
How much does one video cost?+–
A 5-second preview is free once per account. A 10-second HD video costs 10 credits and a 15-second HD video costs 15 credits — on every trend.
Do credits work on every trend?+–
Yes. One shared wallet covers all 17+ trends and every trend we add.
Do credits expire?+–
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Creator Pro adds 300 credits every month.
Can I cancel Creator Pro?+–
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
📸 Photos & privacy
What happens to my photos?+–
They stay in your browser and are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can wipe them instantly from My Videos.
Can I use a photo of a friend?+–
Only if they agreed to be in the video. See our rules for what’s never allowed.
Can I use photos of celebrities or public figures?+–
No. Use your own photos, friends who consented, or your pets.
Which photo works best?+–
A clear, front-facing face in even light, with one person or pet per photo. Each trend page lists specific tips.
🎬 Making videos
How long does a video take?+–
About as long as the clip itself — 5 to 15 seconds of rendering, plus a few seconds to save.
What format do I get?+–
A vertical 9:16 video: 720×1280 for previews and 1080×1920 for HD, as MP4 (or WebM in browsers that can’t record MP4).
Where are my videos saved?+–
In My Videos on this device for 7 days. Download anything you want to keep.
↩️ Refunds & failed renders
What if my video fails?+–
The credits are returned to your balance automatically — you’ll see the refund in your credit history.
What if the result looks wrong?+–
Swap the photos or slot order and preview again for free. If something is still off, email us and we’ll make it right.
🎵 Posting & audio
Does the video include the song?+–
No — videos export silent so you can add the official sound inside TikTok or Reels, which license it. Each trend page links to the sound.
Can I post on YouTube Shorts?+–
Yes. Every video is vertical 9:16 and works on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
