Failed renders
When a video fails to render, your browser reports the failure and MakeViral Pro returns the reserved credits to your wallet straight away. You’ll see a “Refund” line in your credit history on My Videos.
Results that look wrong
If a video renders but doesn’t look right — swapped performers, a dark face — change the photos or slot order and preview again for free. If it still isn’t right, email us with the video’s name from My Videos and we’ll sort it out.
Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire. If something went wrong with a purchase — a double charge, credits that didn’t arrive — email support@makeviralpro.com with your Stripe receipt and we’ll fix it.
Creator Pro subscriptions
Creator Pro renews monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the credits you already received.
