Consent first
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Everyone in a video must have agreed to be in it. Photos of children need a parent or guardian’s consent.
What we never make
No nudity or sexual content, no fake intimate images, and no content that harasses, threatens, sexualises or defames anyone. No hateful or violent content.
Public figures & impersonation
Don’t upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and don’t use videos to impersonate someone or to deceive. Trends that reference artists or memes are recreated as a format — they never include the real people.
Label AI videos
Keep AI-generated videos labelled as AI where the platform asks for it (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube all have AI-content labels).
Enforcement
