MakeViral Pro is an independent tool. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, COLORS, NPR, or any artist, label or creator whose trend we reference. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the trend.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Rules: only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agreed to be in the video, and never create sexual, deceptive, harassing or defamatory content.
Credits & payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire. Creator Pro renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Your balance is kept on our servers and linked to this browser; save the restore code from My Videos to use your credits elsewhere. Refunds are covered in our Refund policy.
Your content
You own your uploads and videos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to deliver your video.
Commercial use
Free and one-time renders are for personal use. Creator Pro includes commercial usage rights for your renders, subject to the Rules and any rights in the people, characters or music involved.
Music & third-party IP
Videos are exported without audio. Add a trend’s sound through TikTok, Reels or CapCut, which license it for use on their platforms.
Service changes
Trends come and go. We may add, change or retire trends and features; credits you hold keep working on the trends that are available.
Termination
We may refuse service for misuse. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
